Abstract
The most effective way to improve HCI is by improving the HCI education. To overcome the issues, the school are making the competition among the students about developing the website of school based on the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) design guidelines and principles. However, to generate the result, the current management is fully carried out manually. The major problem with the manual management is the result might be not accurate and biased. Thus, the purpose of this system is to suggest a model that could assist in selecting the best school website by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), one of the methods in Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). The website were ranked based on the criteria and their value. The overall priority value of the websites was calculated by considering the priority of each criteria. The websites with the high priority value was regarded as the best websites. As a conclusion, it is hoped that this system will be beneficial to the users as the systems will ease them in making their right choices for selecting the right winner in the competition.
Introduction

Objectives
- To design a system that can identify the best school website based on the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) design guidelines and principles.
- To implement the concept of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to each criteria of the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) design guidelines that will be used in the system.
- To test the system whether it is easy for user in making their choices to rank the best school websites.
METHDDOLOGY
Framework of Best School Website Competition Selection System using AHP Method
ADMIN
The admin is able to register user, manage criteria, manage selection and analysis the details of the answer from the panel in order to generate the result of the competition.As to choose the winner of the best school website competition admin will generate a list of the winner based on the evaluation form that has been answered by the panel. The system automated generate the result of the competition and are viewed by all users.

PANEL
The panel which are from among the school teacher can access to the system by login to the system. However, only the registered panel is able to access the interfaces for the panel of the competition. The panel will be able to view the criteria details, answer the criteria question and view the result of the competition.

PARTICIPANT
The participant which are from among the student of the secondary school around Negeri Sembilan can access to the system by login to the system. However, only the registered participant is able to access the interfaces for the participant of the competition. The participant are able to manage their details and view the result of the competition.

Technique - ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)
The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), is a decision support tool that was developed in the 1980s by Thomas Saaty, a mathematics lecturer from the University of Pittsburgh, US. The AHP is an effective tool for dealing with complex decision making, and may aid the decision maker to set priorities and make the best decision. The computations made by the AHP are always guided by the decision maker’s experience. The AHP is a decision support tool which can be used to solve complex decision problems (Evangelos Triantaphyllou and Stuart H. Mann, 1995) where both qualitative and quantitative aspect need to be considered (Bevilacquaa and Bragliab, 2000).
